Dr. Clayton Bauer

MD, PhD - Neurosurgeon

Dr. Bauer earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a focus in neurobiology. After graduation, he continued his pursuit of neuroscience at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine before completing his residency in neurosurgery at the University of South Florida. He is now a neurosurgeon at Orthopaedic Medical Group of Tampa Bay, specializing in both disorders of the brain and spine.

Physician Associate

Kendall is a physician associate at Orthopaedic Medical Group. She earned a BS in Biomedical and Behavioral Health before gaining experience shadowing another Orthopaedic group in Orlando. After moving to Tampa, she continued her training in a Physician Assistant Program at the University of Central Florida where she originally obtained her Bachelor’s. This program was where she worked with Dr. Bauer during one of her Neurosurgery rotations, encouraging her to join the OMGTB family as a qualified spine specialist.

Lyllie is an athletic trainer at Orthopaedic Medical Group. She has worked with countless sports teams like the Atlanta Falcons, Tennessee Titans, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers just to name a few. She holds a Master’s in Professional Athletic Training and is certified in Level 1 Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, Adult Mental Health First Aid, and more. Her extensive experience in sports injuries, which encompasses spinal injuries, makes her a valued team member here at OMGTB.
