TESA ISAAC Headshot

Tesa was raised in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky. She is originally from Wheelwright, Kentucky. Which used to be a thriving coal town but is now just a little piece of heaven hidden in the mountains. Tesa attended Alice Lloyd College for her Bachelor’s of Art in Sports and Business Management. After completing her bachelor’s, she went to Eastern Kentucky University where she received her Masters of Science in athletic training.

At ALC she gained experience as a student working and traveling with the baseball team. This is where she found athletic training as a career regardless of how much she loved the business side of sports, she also seen athletic training would give her more ways to help athletes and people daily. In her graduate program she experienced clinic, high school, collegiate, and the professional sports setting. After finishing her graduate program, she volunteered with the Lexington Legends to gain experience in the ALPB and with professional athletes. That is how she gained her knowledge and love for arm care that led to research and creating her own protocols for the overhead athlete. Tesa also worked with a Sport’s Chiropractor in Lexington, KY post-graduate where she gained knowledge in office flow, compliance training, and more experience with personalized protocols.

Although the mountains will always be home, she was drawn to Florida for her love of all things Disney, sunshine, the ocean, and year around baseball. After speaking with the team at OMGTB she knew it would be her gateway out of the mountains and a wonderful work family to create a new place to call home.
